Life is One Big Surprise
any individual suspected from afar to be an animal
unfurls into an animal before your eyes (eventually)
(they may remain skittish afterwards)
(but you’ll know for a fact)
(that an animal is good)
what good does this do and who wants to know
will all my birthdays ever come at once?
1) my birthdays are not something i’m much interested in seeing show up all at once
2) if it were to happen it would be over
3) probably not
4) what right do i have to even ask this question?
5) there is a more important question
how concerned should one be with professionalism?
1) if you address yourself like a professional you will always be confident
2) if you address yourself like a professional you will always be stressed
3) very concerned if you are a professional trying-person who is dedicated to trying

4) very concerned when you happen to be the only human in the world not working
5) social conventions are extremely important
